JYJ-D智能雙顯絕緣電阻測試儀

 

一、   產品特性

1 有兩種電壓輸出選擇2500V/5000V,測量電阻量程范圍可達0200GΩ,電阻量程范圍可自動轉換,并有相應的指示。

2 兩種方式同步顯示絕緣阻值。機械指針采用超薄型張絲結構抗震能力強。機械指針的采用可容易觀察絕緣電阻的變化范圍,點陣液晶屏的采用可指導用戶操作儀表并可精確得出測量結果。

3 機械表頭與液晶屏合二為一。雙刻度顯示,量程自動轉換。彩色刻度易于讀識,并有LED顯示相應色彩。

4 采用嵌入式工業單片機和實時操作軟件系統。自動化程度高、抗干擾能力強,儀器可自動計算吸收比和極化指數,無須人工干預。

5 操作界面友好,各種測量結果具有防掉電功能,可連續存儲9次的測量結果。

6 儀表產生高壓時,有提示音輸出。

7 內置殘留高壓放電電路,測試完畢可自動監視并放掉被測設備上的殘留高壓。

8 交直流兩用,內置可充電池和智能充電模塊。整機輸出功率大(2500V短路電流>2mA5000V短路電流>2mA)。

9、儀表采用便攜式設計,便于野外操作。

10、是測量大型變壓器、互感器、發電機、高壓電動機、電力電容、電力電纜、避雷器等絕緣電阻的理想測試儀器。

儀表原理

 

1、測試原理

儀表高壓產生部分采用高頻開關脈沖寬度調制(PWM),由單片機控制調節輸出負極性直流高壓,具有節能,電壓線性度好、穩定、紋波系數小等特點。

由儀表線路端(LINE)產生的高壓經過負載電阻Rx,流回儀表地端(EARTH)。經內部電路采樣分兩路信號,一路經V/I轉換驅動指針表頭,另一路經A/D轉換,由單片機進行處理,結果由液晶屏顯示。同時單片機處理高壓幅值及電源電壓信號。

采用工業高速單片機,使得指針與數顯值完全同步。

電源充電采用智能充電模塊,無須人工調節充電參數。

 

 

準備工作

注意:當第一次使用儀表時,需充電6小時。否則儀表不能正常

      工作。充電方法祥見電池充電的相關內容。

1 試驗前應拆除被試設備電源及一切對外連線,并將被試物短接后接地放電1min,電容量較大的應至少放電2min以免觸電和影響測量結果。

2 效驗儀表指針是否在無窮大上,否則需調整機械調零螺絲(9)

3 用干燥清潔的柔軟布擦去被試物的表面污垢,必要時先用汽油洗凈套管的表面積垢,以消除表面漏電電流影響測試結果。

4、將帶屏蔽高壓測試線一端(紅色)插入(1LINE端,另一端(紅色)接于被試設備的高壓導體上,將帶屏蔽高壓測試線屏蔽端(黑色)插入(2GROUND端,另一端接于被試設備的高壓護環上,以消除表面泄漏電流的影響(祥見屏蔽端的使用方法相關內容。將另外一根黑色測試線插入地端(EARTH)(3)端,另一頭接于被試設備的外殼或地上。以電纜測試為例接法如圖3所示。
